3. Orders and Payment

• Orders: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order; it is a confirmation that we have received it.
• Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of placing an order. We accept [list of accepted payment methods].

4. Refunds and Exchanges

• Refunds: We do not offer refunds unless the item received is incorrect or damaged. If you believe you have received the wrong or damaged item, please contact us at support@latinspirit.eu within 07 days of receiving the product.
• Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size or color. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
• Wrong or damaged items: Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at support@latinspirit.eu with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

• Shipping: Latin Spirit is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
• Delivery: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
