We stand behind the quality of our products. Every item is printed with care using premium materials and advanced printing technology. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described , we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.

🔄 Easy Returns Process

If you received the wrong item , a misprinted design , or a damaged product , simply contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.

Our friendly representatives will guide you through the returns process and provide:

  • A return authorization
  • Instructions on how to proceed

Please note: We do not cover return shipping costs unless the error was ours.


3. Warranty on Print Quality

We guarantee the print quality of our products for 30 days from the date of delivery . If there is a printing defect such as:

  • Fading
  • Misalignment
  • Incomplete print

We will gladly replace the item at no cost to you.


4. Custom Orders – Important Notice

All our products are made-to-order through Pint on Demad , meaning they are custom-created for you after you place an order.

Due to this personalized production model:

🚫 Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly printed.

We strongly recommend reviewing your design carefully and checking our size guides before placing your order to ensure accuracy.


5. No Returns for Change of Mind or Incorrect Size

As our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

❌ Change of mind
❌ Incorrect size or color selection
❌ International orders
❌ Delayed delivery due to carrier issues

We highly encourage customers to use our size guides and review product details thoroughly before placing an order.


6. Legal Disclaimer – EU Consumer Rights Directive

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not apply to:

  • The supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized
  • Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons

Therefore, Super Mouse Studio reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion , especially for custom-made orders.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (if applicable), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
