I haven’t received a confirmation email. What should I do?

First, check your spam or promotions folder. If you still don’t see it, contact us at support@latinspirit.eu with your order details, and we’ll resend it.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Because our products are custom-made after you order, we begin production quickly. If you contact us within 1 hour of ordering, we’ll try to accommodate changes. After that, modifications are usually not possible.

Do you offer business or bulk orders?

Yes! For wholesale, events, or custom designs for your team or community, please email us at support@latinspirit.eu with your request.

Where is Latin Spirit based?

Latin Spirit is a European brand. All orders are printed and shipped from within the European Union.
